Jan G. Sulcove, Esq., Partner

Jan G. Sulcove is a 1968 graduate of Franklin & Marshall College, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and a 1971 graduate of Penn State University’s Dickinson School of Law, in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice in the federal and state courts of Pennsylvania. As a senior partner in the law firm of Black and Davison, he has focused his practice on all aspects of personal injury law, including a wide variety of claims for wrongful death, injuries from automobile, motorcycle, pedestrian, and bicycle accidents, slip-and-fall accidents, defective premises cases, animal bite cases, and injuries from defective products. Mr. Sulcove provides representation to injury victims in need of assistance in presenting claims to insurance companies for all types of physical and mental injuries resulting from accidents. He does not, and will not, represent insurance companies. In addition to accident victims, Mr. Sulcove provides assistance to Social Security Disability claimants. Over the years, he has provided counsel in lawsuits to a wide variety of litigants in other areas, including construction, land use, and employment disputes.

Robert C. Schollaert, Esq., Partner

Robert C. Schollaert is a graduate of Bethany College and received his Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He has been admitted to the practice of law in the State Courts of Pennsylvania and Ohio, the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States Supreme Court. As one of the senior partners in the firm, Attorney Schollaert provides representation in the areas of real estate including representing Buyers and Sellers of real estate, wills and estate planning, issues affecting the elderly, and probate and estate administration. Attorney Schollaert is a member of the Franklin County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, American Bar Association, American Land Title Association and he is a licensed title insurance agent in Pennsylvania. Attorney Schollaert has been a partner at Black and Davison since 1972.

Elliott B. Sulcove, Esq., Partner

Elliott B. Sulcove is a 1999 cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a 1996 graduate with honors from Swarthmore College. Prior to joining Black and Davison, Mr. Sulcove was an associate in the Philadelphia office of Duane Morris LLP. Mr. Sulcove is licensed to practice in the the state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and in the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the District of New Jersey. Mr. Sulcove is also licensed to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Sulcove is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Franklin County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Jerrold A. Sulcove, Esq., Partner

Jerrold Sulcove is a 2004 graduate of Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law and a 1999 summa cum laude graduate of Oberlin College. He is admitted in the state courts of Pennsylvania and the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Sulcove is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Franklin County Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. Prior to law school, Mr. Sulcove was a research scientist concentrating in the field of neurovirology at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. At Temple University, Mr. Sulcove was a member of the Temple University Law Review.

Mark T. Orndorf, Esq., Partner

Mark Orndorf is a graduate with honors from Lebanon Valley College and received his Juris Doctor degree from the Pennsylvania State University's Dickinson School of Law, in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Mr. Orndorf is licensed to practice in the state courts of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Franklin County Bar Association.

At Dickinson, Mr. Orndorf received the CALI award for top honors in Legal Writing and served as an editor for the Penn State Dickinson International Law Review. Mr. Orndorf is also active in his community and serves on the board of directors for several nonprofit organizations. At Black and Davison, Mr. Orndorf concentrates his practice in the areas of family law, tax assessment appeals, commercial litigation, estate planning, and real estate transactions.
